They accommodated our family of 3 with all appointments on the same day. Dr Sigler was very kind and knowledgeable. She gave us the play by play on what she was doing and why. The rest of the staff was great too. It was actually a fun experience picking out glasses. We will be back for sure!

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, I explained my situation and she was able to get me in that afternoon. I saw Dr. Sigler, she was awesome and super thorough, she explained everything clearly and made sure I understood everything. The young lady that helped me choose my glasses was like having a personal shopper. She was very honest and patient, which I really appreciate. I’m so happy I found this place. I highly recommend!

I’ve seen Dr Arbet in the past and he was fantastic. Recently started seeing Dr Sigler and she’s just as fantastic. Explains what she’s doing, takes appropriate time to have a thorough exam (unlike some places that rush you in and out in 10 minutes). Great personality to boot, made the visit enjoyable not an hour of dread. Don’t remember the girls name that fitted me for frames but she was excellent also. All around great experience, just like I remember years ago with Dr Arbet

10 out of 10 recommend Rock Island Optometric Center! Dr. Sharp is so personable and her bedside manner is phenomenal! The office staff are friendly and eager to help you! They all made my experience so much better and answered all of my questions! I'll be going here from now on!

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed the staff is very knowledgeable. The place is clean and organized and process I was in and out knowing more going out then coming in very great experience. Everyone was nice.

I have been wearing glasses since I was 6 years old I'm now quite old and it's was the best experience I've ever had at an optometrist they also appreciated my t-shirt.

I really like Dr Lear. He takes the time to explain everything to me. It’s important as I have type 2 diabetes. Then the lady helping me with my new glasses choice was very nice. I gave her a description of what I wanted. I ended up with the first ones she picked for me to try on. Thanks RI Optimetric

I had a great experience at the Rock Island Optometric center!  It was my first visit there.  The entire staff was friendly and helpful.  My doctor took her time to discuss my eye health and a course of action for optimizing my sight.  When it came time to pick out new glasses, my optician was incredibly knowledgeable  and guided me towards a good decision!!
